GLUETEC IMPLEMENTS NEW BUSINESS SYSTEM

Gluetec has implemented a new business system as a part of the company’s quality work. The extensive work has among other things involved a review of internal processes, in order to reach the high company standards for quality and environmental management systems.

Gluetec Sorsele beacame certified with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 in the spring of 2018. The application process sparked an extensive review of processes and support systems that resulted in the implementation of a new business system, that was launched in early 2019. The system has been implemented with the purpose to ensure a continued high quality standard in order management and material handling. For Gluetec clients this is reassurance of a continued high security of supply.

Gluetec CEO Helena Back explains that the systematic quality work is carried out in close dialogue with clients and partners:

– We have high goals for our quality and environmental management systems and are committed to systematically improving our processes. Our new business system is an important step, not least in order to meet the future needs of our clients.

The ISO-certificates are valid for three years and audits are performed annualy by the certification body A3Cert.
