Our goal is to meet or exceed customer quality requirements through accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement. To achieve this, we commit to:

Measuring and continuously monitoring our quality through internal and external evaluations of delivery reliability as well as product functionality and tolerances. Results are reported regularly against both our own goals and those of our customers. Our quality targets are integrated into our management system and are reviewed at least annually. They are displayed on our information screens, in our ERP system, and presented at staff meetings.
