We are committed to minimizing our environmental impact and continuously improving our environmental efforts. We strive to reduce our environmental footprint by using resources efficiently, minimizing waste and emissions, and promoting a circular economy. To achieve this, we commit to:
• Optimizing our use of solvents by minimizing consumption without compromising the quality of our production. We continuously measure consumption per produced unit and report this annually. If an increase occurs without a clear consequence analysis, we take action to restore or improve the level.
• Ensuring proper chemical management through systematic procedures and information on the use, storage, and handling of chemicals. We ensure that safety data sheets and procedures for handling accidents and spills are always updated and accessible.
• Complying with applicable environmental regulations by systematically staying informed about and adhering to relevant laws, regulations, and other binding environmental requirements from our stakeholders.
By following this policy and working proactively on environmental improvements, we strengthen our competitiveness and contribute to a sustainable future for both our business and society.
Our goal is to meet or exceed customer quality requirements through precision, efficiency, and continuous improvement. To achieve this, we commit to:
• Measuring and continuously monitoring our quality through internal and external evaluations of both delivery reliability and product functionality and tolerances. The results are reported regularly in relation to both our own and our customers’ goals. Our quality objectives are part of our business system and are reviewed at least annually. They are displayed on our information screens, in our ERP system, and discussed at staff meetings.
• Applying the Zero Defect Principle, which means that every detected error or suspicion of an error is analyzed and addressed to eliminate the risk of recurring issues. We do not accept defects as a natural part of our operations but view each deviation as an opportunity for learning and improvement. We promote a quality culture where every employee takes responsibility and actively contributes to strengthening quality throughout the organization.
