Our experience from close co-operation with different clients is that the application of the element onto the object is one of the key factors that will determine the characteristics of the transducer. In the same way that each client has an unique problem to solve, as unique are the conditions of the measured object. This is why we have adapted customized processes for application and gluing of the transducer. This way every critical aspect – glue pressure, thickness and soldering, to name a few – are all adjusted with regards to the current conditions.
We work with qualified equipment specially developed for calibration and testing strain gage-based load transducers. The amplifiers that we use in our operations are the most advanced on the market, making it possible for us and our clients to conduct tests with unmatched precision. With devices for measuring surface roughness we are able to perform precise and customized gluing works, among other things. We work exclusively with leading suppliers of instruments that can guarantee the high level of quality and accuracy that our operations demand. However, a consequence of developing new products and processes is that there is not always an instrument available on the market. Because of this, our range of equipment also includes customized instruments not available anywhere else.
