Gluetec is an experienced partner in high precision measurements, quality assembly and bonding work. Since 1993, we have strengthened our position as measurement experts in concave and convex surfaces. In nearly three decades we have designed and refined methods for applying elements and full bridge circuits in holes down to a radius of two millimetres. Our knowledge enables measurements even on exceptionally small and complex surfaces.

At Gluetec we have noticed the needs of high-accuracy measurements continuously becoming more common and complex. We have a long tradition of solution-oriented product development in close co-operation with our clients. Coming from different industries, our clients share the same demand for high accuracy. Over the years we have built our knowledge in complex measurement of concave and convex surfaces in challenging environments. Understanding crucial factors such as the thermal and strain characteristics of an object, nonlinear movements and surface structure, we design solutions that enable interference free measuring. We are proud to offer our clients and partners state of the art equipment for measuring and control. Applying surface roughness testers and high-accuracy CNC coordinate measuring machines, we are able to ensure superior accuracy and control throughout our production process. Our equipment also makes it possible to perform different tests, such as climate tests in 98% relative humidity with temperatures up to 100 degrees Celsius. With access to some of the most advanced instruments and an exceptionally low turnover – at Gluetec it is not that uncommon with staff members being employed for 20 years – we dare call us a knowledge-based company in strain gauge technology.
